Return and Refund Policy

Pickup Timeline: Reverse pickup, where applicable, will be arranged within 24–48 business hours after your return request is approved.

For verification purposes, reverse pickup will normally be arranged at the original delivery address and registered contact number. If any changes are required, please contact our customer support team before the pickup is scheduled.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on innerwear products once delivered, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Unboxing Video:

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item claims, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify claims more quickly. In certain situations, we may request additional evidence to process your request.

Video is Required in Edge Cases:

In case of damage, mismatch, or disputes, we may request this video. If sufficient supporting evidence is unavailable, it may not be possible for us to verify and approve your claim.

Strict Quality Check:

All returns go through final QC at our facility. All approved returns are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, including products that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, altered, or missing original tags or packaging, may be declined after inspection.

One-Time Pickup Attempt:

If a scheduled reverse pickup is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or other coordination issues, please contact our customer support team to arrange another pickup, where available.

Exchanges
 
Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges are not available for innerwear products once delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact our customer support team within the applicable reporting period, and we will assist you with a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for eligible claims that have been approved after inspection.. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
